Service is our company Motto. It has around 10-service technician and 10 helpers to lead the service department. All the technicians are trained by Hitachi service department. It is offering 24 hrs service for the Service providing industry like hotels, restaurants, call centers, software companies etc.,
All the technicians are equipped with two wheeler and mobile phones for the faster reach and easiest communication. Its call response time within the city limits will be of 3 to 4 hours from the time of call and outer limits would be attended within 24 hrs. Any minor problem are completed within 24 hrs and major break down shall be of 48 hrs.
The service department is equipped with full set of service tools Stocks of spare parts are also available at our office. Also company undertake Servicing and AMC of all brands of air conditioners.

Our challenge is to create a balance between work time and personal time, with products that can benefit people's lives at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
